[RETURN/EXCHANGE] POLICY
Fraivo indulges Customer Satisfaction. We deals in quality products and are amenable for the unsatisfied customers. Any defected product shall be free exchange or replaced by the Friavo, within 7 days of the date of product delivered. the item should be returned in its original unaltered condition.
Returning Policy Guidlines by Friavo
1. Customer should whatsapp a proper video of the product mentioning what is the default. Strictly, it should be done in a proffessional way (i.e. Blur videos not accepted, Pics not accepted, Fully explained about the defect in a proper way )
2. A copy of invoice and a letter of explaination including name, address and phone number should be enclosed with the return.
3. After a returned item is received and inspected at Canton , a credit or refund will be issued.
4. Products which have been modified or damaged by the custoner will not be accepted for return and there are no returns on any special order items.
5. After completion of 7 days, no product will be refund.
